Take pictures of your apartment or they will charge you for everything. it was already a shit hole when I moved in. they will suck you dry for every dollar in every way possible and say they do it legally. Vampires in every way. Heartless and corrupt. DO NOT RENT HERE! for your own good.
Rented from Great Place Properties for 2 years and had an amazing experience! Lynn, Cara, and Larry were always really responsive and helpful, and the property was kept in immaculate condition. Had a really positive experience and highly recommend!
We moved into a house that was listed as a 3bed 2 bath house. It was 1.5 bath. The portable dishwasher did not work when we moved in and maintenance said they would install an under counter dishwasher. There still wasn’t a functioning dishwasher when we moved out. The house is old and during the heat of the summer, the air conditioning couldn’t keep the upstairs below 80 degrees even though it ran constantly. The place was extremely dirty when we moved in.
