RecommendedI bought a G3 used from Mike and discovered a problem with the trolling motor I called them and they sent me a brand new trolling motor these guys are awesome would not buy a boat anywhere else after this experience complete honesty and Professionalism
They are terrible at customer service. All they seem to care about is getting another one out the gate. I took delivery Memorial day weekend. When I got home and started to put my NEW $600.00 cover on, I noticed it was ripped. I called and Talked with my sales person. I even sent her a picture of the rip. It's been five weeks now and just crickets from them. It's time to talk to someone else.
Service was absolutely horrible. We have finally received our boat after 20+ days. We are still waiting for the inspection sticker , that they “forgot” to put on . The stereo system control doesn’t work on the dashboard. We were also missing a pole required to put the cover on properly. Our Ski pole still hasn’t arrived....Ugh !! Our FIRST NEW BOAT and it’s been quite the adventure .....Get a boat they said, it’ll be fun they said 🥴
I’ll never go back!!! The receptionist was very nice and politely asked us to wait. We waited about 35min for a sales representative to hopefully show us a jon boat and trailer. She was blonde and seemed to be in her 30s but was rude and condescending. We told her what we were looking for and she kept offering us boats 20x the price we told her. We had cash to spend and they did have boats in our price range but obviously we weren’t good enough.
RecommendedGreat people to deal with very friendly and helpful would highly recommend them if your looking for a boat. Gary and Grant will treat you right give them a call .
