Traded a 9.9 hp Mercury for a 50 hp Mercury in my 2020 Bass Tracker Pro 170. No issues. After ordering new boat motor Mikes Adkins said it would be delivered in approximately 11 weeks. It was delivered 3 weeks early. Mike stayed in touch with me and we made an appointment for installation. We had one problem with a speedometer tube but we found it got it hooked up and away I went. Hope to soon have the boat back in the water. Overall a very satisfying experience.

I have bout 2 brand new boats there and today I called to get a part number for an oil filter for my boat and they would not give it to me. I explained that I live 3 hours away and still would not help me. I will never buy another boat here since this is how you treat people after the sale

Awesome crew! Personally worked with Grant with a sponsorship for the Marshall University Fishing Team and he has been excellent with helping us out with anything we may need! The service guys are always fun to be around too

Horrible experience. We bought a boat in June 2020 and still 7 months later we still don’t have a title to the boat and therefore no license so we can’t even use the boat. They have lied to me for 2 months about my title and sold us the boat illegally because they didn’t even have the title for the boat when they sold it to us. 😡😡😡 I would never buy anything from these crooks
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I traveled almost 9 hours round trip to purchase a new boat from them. Garrett had told me over the phone that we would receive a $600 gift card for Bass Pro Shop/Gander Mountain. He even wrote it in on our bill and everything. I've waited months now yet never received any gift card. I called them several times and was told that the gift card had been emailed to me. Yet I come to find out that they never even had my email.
