This management is THE WORST ONE EVER!!! It needs to be shut down! Don't use because you will lose your money. They're not worth a penny. They don't answer urgent email, they are not helpful, they waste your time by getting you the wrong info. This company is terrible. They told us to submit a bunch of documents in order to rent out our unit, and after sending them everything they asked, they said the unit "doesn't qualify". I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the management services provided by Great North Management Company, specifically regarding poor communication from Eric Baer. This is not the first instance and has happened with me and other residents in the past. I had emailed him regarding a safety and security incident that occurred with me. Its been 2 weeks and despite me following up 5 times over email, I have yet to receive a single response from Eric Bear. This lack of communication is unacceptable and demonstrates a bla... read more

I live in Executive House in Quincy the building is managed by Great North which great have just name.Very bad and irresponsible company they have the worst service ever any time the building have a problem they are not present when we call them never respond The only time they shows up is when the ask for money.thay raised condo fee many times and the service never came.
