Worst company ever. They never respond to requests/emails. such a joke
I have tried again and again to reason with Chris Buckley here at Botany Bay in Worcester. My issue has been snow plow damage and property neglect that lead to it. After exhausting all efforts, all the way up to the VP of the GNP I was told that the damage would not be repaired and holes left behind in common area pathways were going to remain until the following Spring. Worst company ever. We hired Great North to manage our 9 unit condo association. They never respond to requests/emails. Our main contact was let go and no one told us. We have a pending insurance claim with them that they refuse to pay out and are keeping the money. We also are switching management companies and they are extremely unprofessional and not helping with the transition despite us paying them. We gave them the required notice as well. Do not buy a home/condo managed by Great North. Horrible property management and the portal they use is out of date with important documents not being uploaded properly.
I wouldn't even give them 1 star for thier service. The fees went up few time in the last few months. I reached out to the managment, exchanged several emails with Chris Buckley. I asked for meeting notes multiple times and all he kept doing is promising he would send them over. Well its been weeks and never received what I asked for. Very poor management and poor customer service!!!
