I came in for a simple pedicure where I requested no nail cutting multiple times (I get ingrown toenails easily) and she still cut my nails. Additionally she was a messy painter and said my nails were “very small”. She didn’t put them under a dryer but instead said I had to wait 20 mins to leave.

I usually love coming here but this past week I went for a pedicure and acrylic nails the pedicure was fine but the older lady who did my nails left the thumbs two different lengths and a little lumpy. I put it to the fact that they were busy and she’s older so I let it be and filed it when I got home. Plus she never does my nails I usually go with one of the guys there. The nail tech was very nice, but the manicure (dip removal and shellac) was not. Uneven, sloppy, not smooth, filing was haphazard, and I lost some skin during the dip removal. Another member of the staff spent most of the time i was there sitting nearby in a pedicure chair having a full blown conversation on speaker phone at max volume. Wasted $53 and left feeling more stressed than when I walked in.
