UPDATE: Was recommended by a GMR broker; unfortunately, my experience was frustrating, lacked communication, follow throughs, and professionalism. Casey Bagwell means well but might be in the wrong profession. I confronted her via email as it was recommended by the licensed broker from GMR. It was the most communication I received after four months on the market, and it ended with: termination, zero offers, a bloody headache, and $200 bill for photos.
