I went through Wilderness First Responder training with a couple guys from the store. They were great people! After visiting the store post-training, I can say all their employees are helpful and knowledgeable/well-versed in all things gear!
This store has what you need for tent camping and hiking, they have excellent workers with plenty of knowledge on products. This store has the good stuff you'll never find in a big box store.
We greatly enjoyed our intro to backpacking class. Staff were informative, funny, engaging and didn't make us "newbies" feel judged at all. They did a great job of introducing backpacking to our group. Great retail store too... we'll be back.
GMO is our Go-to store for what we need! Owners have high quality merchandise and are very honest. They also offer many practical events to expand knowledge and expose others to all levels of outdoor opportunities.
I had the BEST day learning to kayak with Great Miami Outfitters. These guys are knowledgable and friendly. I can't imagine a better experience. Thanks Andrew, Dan and Anthony!
Such a great staff and wonderful facility! I would highly recommend their classes as well for anyone interested in learning to kayak or just wanting to just refresh their skills. I will certainly be returning for all my outdoor needs and recommending them to all my friends and family!
