Salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and not pushy. They won’t try to just sell you stuff. Took over 20 minutes making sure my son found the perfect pack (he’s 11).
The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They help fit me and my dog for the proper daypacks for hiking.
