Oh my God! having hair extensions has been my dream for years, and only Tracey made it come true. From the very beginning, she was incredibly thorough and reassuring. I had so many doubts and questions and she answered all - how the extensions are made, what the texture feels like, how to care for them properly, what maintenance really involves. I don't think this salon is in business. I phoned and left a phone number and drove to the address and left a message on paper in the mailbox . I have not received a reply of any kind. June 1-June 18, 2024. Wish I had a recommendation in Langford

I met Tracy in 2021. After having extensions for many years, and being super happy with them, it took me a while, and a few consultations to find the right stylist. Tracey was certified as a stylist and in extensions, as well as insured, which was important to me, as I found many were not trained or certified in extensions, it seemed like an “add on service”?
