Great Hair & Great Service I've never been the kind of person to stick to a specific salon. I went in to Great Lengths as a walk-in a couple years ago, and have not gone elsewhere since! Sheena my stylist and she is amazing. They truly know what they are doing! Every time I walk in the door, I'm greeted by everyone that passes. I can absolutely count on my hair looking fantastic when I walk out. I've recommended them to several people, who now, won't trust their hair to anyone else but Great Lengths.

Best Salon with the Best Owner!!!!! I have been going to Juliet for 16 years now and would never go anywhere else. She is the most amazing hairstylist and owner of great lengths. She always goes above and beyond for all of her clients and gives them exactly what they want and more. I bring all of my friends here and will always bring them. I would recommend this salon to anyone. They treat you like gold and family.

Great Lengths Hair Salon gets Five Stars!!! Great Lengths is a family owned business. Mother/daughter team. The stylists are all very friendly and helpful. I have had my hair cut and colored by three of the employees and I loved them all. I have become exclusive with Stacey for the past two years. She is able to give my hair such a natural color/highlights that prompt people to ask, "where do you get your hair done?" The price is pretty reasonable for a cut, highlights, and wash/blow out.

Unhappy Client I would definately not recommend this place to anyone. The owner of the salon does not listen to what the customer truly wants, and does not try to achieve the results requested by the customer. Instead, she takes it into her own hands and does as she wants, listening to what you have said, but your end result will not be your requested look. What happened to making the customer happy? And the desire to keep your customer? There are so many other hair salons to chose from. I suggest others look further.

Terrible service I called for an appointment but never received a return call. Perhaps because I'm a minority(I felt it when I walked in) person... I'm not sure whether this salon is a good place or not but surely, their customer service is terrible. I'd never recommend this place to anyone.

good hair, bad business paractices I took my 13 year old son here for a $10.00 hair cut and he was pleased with the results. However, when I tried to pay with a credit card I was told they accepted only cash (I had none). To their credit they allowed me to go to the bank and I returned with a twenty dollar bill, instructing my son to pay the $10.00 fee and leave a $5.00 tip. * Juliette is the BEST! For years I have been driving from Pasadena to have her cut my hair. I receive comments daily on my haircut. Try her, you won't go to anyone else after having her cut your hair.

Love this salon!!! This salon is amazing! I have gone to several other salons and never had the type of first class service. Sheena is my stylist and I will never go anywhere again. I am the happiest customer ever!! Thanks Great Lenghts!!!
