I began program in the start I given a menu to go by I said was too busy to have to do much thought in menu's calorie counting was not going to work so they told me to follow this 7 day menu every other dy I was finding conflicts in diet after 7 daysof questions to them & several phone calls they admitted menu was somewhat wrong in places so there went 1waisted week continued to try making own menu which never was right as they would circle negative things I was doing which my head was so confused by that time still no weigh... read more
Spent over $1000 and only lost 30lbs. ..followed the diet. ..and bought all the extras... I believe they are selling placebos or diluted HCG....
I joined to lose weight, but due to no fault of my own or Great Lakes, I had a few set-backs. Needless to say, I was counseled by Ann and she helped me get through the rough patches. While I still have a ways to go, I lost to many inches to count, I am down 3 sizes, and my diabetic pills have been removed from my regime and my insulin dosages have been cut 50%. I am on it full force and nothing tastes as good as being slim and healthy feels. I am anxious to see the end result!
