I purchased a 2020 Rav4 from Great Lakes Toyota and worked with Rob Pendleton and Christine Wolfe. They were kind and reasonable especially when it came to letting me inspect the car, and I was extremely thorough. We had the opportunity to work with Rob Pendelton on the purchase of our new Camary XSE. Rob went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly always following up on question and making sure what we wanted is what we got. We would definitely recommend Rob he always followed thru.

Great experience. Very good attention from Jose. A little slow on the final process but everything went well. They have a kids zone for those longer waiting hours which improved the experience a lot.
