I've had nothing but good experiences dealing with the staff at the Great Lakes Toyota dealership. Everyone I've met has been extremely helpful with any questions I've had for them, they are all super friendly and take care of their customers, I didn't have the greatest credit going in but they worked with me and got me into my new ride, getting my car serviced was quick and took the exact amount of time that they said it would, I don't have any complaints.
After spending $2600 on new brakes and tires the next day my car started dumping and I took it back to them. They said the lug nuts were not torque correctly. I could have lost a wheel and died on the way to get it fixed. I will not return to this dealer.
