Several phone calls over the past couple months, could not get them to call me back. They would tell me "we will call you back tomorrow to schedule" but the call would never come. Going with another company who values customer service.
I had these guys come out and do an infrared asphalt repair to a section of our parking lot at the Hammond Rd Storage Vault to raise the area leading to the parking lot drain so the the water wouldn't puddle there anymore and they did an incredible job! I was hesitant about having anyone due it because I have heard horror stories of new guys that have just gotten into the business doing this type of work and they making it worse than it was.
