I spent $60,000 putting on a new roof with Great Lakes Roofing. The job was completed in 2019. Less than 18 moths later the roof developed a leak. My tenant called Great Lakes Roofing. They came out, fixed the leak and then sent me a bill for $3,685. They said the leaks were not covered by the 10 year warranty. I told them that was ridiculous.
