Since they took over our apartment, nothing has been done. The carpets are filthy, the windows have never been washed, and if it weren’t for our on-site maintenance person, nothing would be done. One apartment has had a faulty HVAC unit since April. The company they hired replaced it once, with another faulty HVAC unit. Nothing has been done. No one has come to see or talk to the resident. I’m wondering if this is just a front company for some shady business. They really stink as property managers.
Do not give these people your business. They are slum lords and do nothing to manage the properties they are responsible for. Allowing buildings to become condemned instead of fixing and maintaining the structure leaving people homeless. Disgusting.
