I sought counseling during a vulnerable period and trusted provider Amy Middleton for her professional guidance. Instead the counseling caused significant harm. Her approach invalidated my feelings, minimized serious concerns, and influenced decisions that worsened my situation. She failed to maintain professional boundaries and did not respect my autonomy. I went here to receive therapy from one of the Psychologist’s here. At first it was great, I was told 120-150$ a session for my husband and I and they offered evening slots, was originally going to pay out of pocket due to the cost being reasonable. Our therapist was nice and outgoing. After the first 5 appointments my therapist told me there was a balance of over 900$ I had to pay because if I didn’t then she couldn’t get paid.
