Wow...really needed counseling. After my first in person appointment, the therapist said she wasn't prepared to work on my issues and cancelled the next appointment. This was a huge waste of time! Run, don't walk, away from this company.
In all honesty I should of read the review's, I was supposed to have an appointment on a zoom call September 4th at 4pm. I got prepped and the automated text came up for the link. I get on and waited 15 mins past the appointment. I called the customer service waited for about 15 mins for an answer just to hear from the appointment specialist that they canceled my therapy session at 4pm and was crossed out without even notifying me about it. Allison is very money hungry. During a zoom session she cut me off mid sentence to ask when I was going to pay her, then proceeded to not even carry on with the topic that was being discussed. During my first session, I explained my mental health diagnosis to which she brought out a book and then read some stuff off and said “I think this sounds like what you have” after already TELLING her what I was diagnosed with…
If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment here over a week ago and I never thought I would go into therapy ever so doing that was a very big step for me and they left me sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes with no answers or anyone else I could see after taking off a 12 hour shift from work just so I could be refused any appointment today with anyone let's me know I will never come back to this office and I highly advise you do not take time off work unless u know that your therapist is reliable.
