If I could leave 0 stars I would. I scheduled an appointment here over a week ago and I never thought I would go into therapy ever so doing that was a very big step for me and they left me sitting in a waiting room for 45 minutes with no answers or anyone else I could see after taking off a 12 hour shift from work just so I could be refused any appointment today with anyone let's me know I will never come back to this office and I highly advise you do not take time off work unless u know that your therapist is reliable.

Do NOT go to Jennifer Anderson. She has only been a therapist for 3 years and it shows. She frequently cancels sessions. Last week my session was cancelled 30 mins before. When I had a conversation with her about it and how it negatively impacts me when she cancels last minute, she got very defensive and angry. She also had some nasty and inappropriate comments about my past trauma. Very unprofessional.
