How unprofessional, I had an appointment at 5 pm, they sent me email and txt to confirm my appointment at 5 pm, when the offices arrived, it was closed, I called and they told me that my appointment was at 6 pm, I told them no, that I had proof that my appointment was 5 pm, no one showed up at that place,
