After receiving this message from GLPG that my therapist is sick, and reading the reviews, it makes me wonder if anyone gets to see a therapist for their first appointment. It's like they get your insurance information and decide they can't see you. This is not a good look for the business, along with the other reviews. Not saying the person isn't sick, it's that time of year, I get it. However, seeing it in the reviews, then having this happen to me, I'll be seeking therapy elsewhere. Like the other half of these reviews got setup and even got all the way to the appointment and got told they had my wrong email and didn't send me anything...... O that's right phones do exist and can be called but didn't! Bureaucracy is destroying people being able to get help same situations for the last three forms I tried to get setup with!!!
