My therapist is great... But, with the company itself I've had several issues with billing an updating information on top of them saying one thing and it not getting done or being done. They caused an issue with my insurance. I had gotten a new plan and asked to be updated. And they just threw it on as a secondary which made my life hell once I found out. Therapist was great, the billing department will have you suicidal, don’t go here!!! Incompetent billing department, they still failed to put my stuff through the correct insurance and used my debt card on file for an unauthorized payment by of $210 on an SUNDAY! then proceeded to gaslight me and say I signed up for auto pay… nope! I get paid on the 1st as a retiree and I NEVER set up auto payments in the middle of the month!
I had a very bad experience at this establishment. The therapist we saw had boundary issues in my opinion. I felt the counselor embarrassed me in front of my wife. I had wrote emails explaining my truth and received correspondence back almost each time apologizing and telling me they were very sorry about my experience and if I wanted to see someone else they would find a better fit. I had a past due balance i was not informed about until a year and a half after my care despite using several payment plans throughout my care. I was only notified when i was told i was going to have it charged via autopay. Care was june 28th, 2023, no other contact was sent until January 5th 2025. I will be paying up my balance and avoiding this practice should i ever need mental health services in the future.
My therapist, Rhonda Kozumplik, was wonderful. I was dealing with a lot of family issues... She was very compassionate, kind, and supportive. She offered different ideas and how to work through some of the problems from my end, and how to deal with some of the issues that my family was having. I highly recommend her. She's very calming...
