I was a client here for 3 months, and it was generally pretty awful. My therapist was fine, but the administration here is incredibly disorganized and less than competent. From them receiving a fax of your insurance information being a weeks-long endeavor every time, to constant text and email spam to update your insurance even if your insurance is good to go because of "system issues," it's just a very poor experience. Comically horrendous. It upsets me that giving 1 star doesnt lower their rating at all. "Therapists" like these are the reason mental health is at an all time low.
Dr Armanetti was terrible. In our 1 session not only did she offer no insight or mediation she seemed like it was hopeless ..probably why she was the only 1 with availability right away .....you've been warned!!
