The therapist was a no show 2x in a row for an initial virtual appointment. After the first, the office rescheduled us & sent the therapist a message. The therapist never responded to the offices message prior to the 2nd appt & also didn’t show for the appt. The office failed to communicate with us that there had been no confirmation with the therapist. There seems to be a disconnect between the scheduling system & the therapist. The scheduling office isn’t very proactive in solving this or communicating with clients.
