Ordered a tshirt and it never came a month later. Gaslighted me with some nonsense about how usps is launching an "investigation" to find the tshirt. No offer to refund or reship. Just plain rude. Wouldnt ever deal with them again.
REPORT THEM TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! GO TO GRAINGER INSTEAD--My review was deleted, so I'll just leave the response I emailed to the owner. Context: They cancelled my order without any warning and left me to deal with it myself, sending me to a third party company that told me to wait 4 days for a response. Have you ever driven 30 minutes to a store to see they chose to close 5 minutes before closing time?? Went in day before for replacement item, was told need tool to know specific part and sign says 4:30 closing time clock says 4:22? Not impressed! All about supporting small business over big box stores but actions speak louder than words!!
