Product as described. Good communications, good price.
Ordered a stiletto hammer handle June 19, paid for priority shipping. Didn’t actually ship til the 23rd. It’s been in NJ since the 26th. Reached out and got a bs response of “oh we have been having problems with priority shipping taking longer” Then don’t offer it. Or reach out and let customers know. I don’t care if you are a small business of 7 people. Seems to be a lot of negative reviews on here. Guess I should have looked before ordering. I’d highly suggest going elsewhere before ordering here.
website sucks, company cancels orders unless you send a bunch of emails. Billing is a nightmare, I'd look elsewhere for tools and parts unless you like wasting time.
