Have you ever driven 30 minutes to a store to see they chose to close 5 minutes before closing time?? Went in day before for replacement item, was told need tool to know specific part and sign says 4:30 closing time clock says 4:22? Not impressed! All about supporting small business over big box stores but actions speak louder than words!!
This outfit whines more about "fraud" than any other I've seen. Placed an order for an item claimed to be in stock. A couple days later I receive an email saying I must contact THEIR payment processor, due to THEIR processor flagging it as possible fraud. My credit card was successfully charged, so obviously they knew there was no fraud. Despite this, I did contact their processor, as well as replied back directly to let everyone know there was no fraud. A day later they cancelled my order. Horrible customer service. I have placed two orders with this company. Both times paid for expedited shipping. First time when my order should be arriving I get an email stating my payment was flagged. I had to call and confirm I made the purchase. Was told it sometimes happens with new customers. So I ordered a second time paid for expedited shipping. Ordered on a Friday hoping to get it by Tuesday. Tuesday comes and I get an email that morning that my payment is flagged again.
