I would have given this company a zero star if it would have been an option. Several months ago we contacted them to do a big remodel for us . We provided them with the digital prints and the told us they wanted the job but couldn't start until the end of July. We agreed .We waited for them. We tried to contact them multiple times but felt that we were ghosted . Apparently this company doesn’t care about good customer service or getting new business customers! I was in an urgent situation with a plumbing leak and called at least three or four times to try to schedule an appointment, leaving a message twice! No one ever returned my calls! I finally made an appointment with another city plumbing company that has had great customer service! We have always received great quick service from Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating. We recently had our boiler go out and Dave had it running within a few hours the following morning. I can't say enough great things about thiis company!
