Apparently this company doesn’t care about good customer service or getting new business customers! I was in an urgent situation with a plumbing leak and called at least three or four times to try to schedule an appointment, leaving a message twice! No one ever returned my calls! We have always received great quick service from Great Lakes Plumbing & Heating. We recently had our boiler go out and Dave had it running within a few hours the following morning. I can't say enough great things about thiis company!
