Susan was very helpful in determining 2027 insurance benefits for me. All the staff are great!
Every time you call, you’re forced to leave a voicemail, and unfortunately, they often don’t call you back. Trying to get a simple question answered or get something taken care of shouldn’t be this difficult. Communication is a huge part of patient care, and this office seriously needs to improve in that area. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like you can’t reach anyone when you need help. I would not recommend an office where getting in touch with the staff is this difficult.
Just had a good experience with Kimberly yesterday. She was incredibly knowledgeable, articulate in explaining procedures to me as she was “working “, and made my appointment mentally calm. I so appreciate my first visit with her was good!!
Have been a patient for years. Staff is always friendly & personable. Staff always explains procedures to my satisfaction and consider my perspectives when addressing my issues.
I was just there for my appointment and I saw Kimberlee. I really liked her! She shared knowledge with me so I was aware of what was going on. She made me feel very comfortable at my visit.
