Was cancelled twice after driving all the way there. The 1st time because I took two motrin the day before, was told once I was there that you could have no motrin, PT call would of been nice to inform one of this rule when its not a normal everyday med that you take. The second time because I had a 99 degree temp after sitting in office with sweatshirt and coat on. Suggested I had elevated temp because I was all bundled up not sick, was rudely scoffed at by nurse telling me that doesn't happen and that I must be sick. Guess... read more

I have been there meny times, hate it (don't like needles) but has helped a lot had both shoulders injected in the past couple weeks next week I go in for my back had cauterized about a year ago, hundred percent better but it has wore off and have to have it done again. Hope for same results.
This office engages in discriminatory practices. They treat medical marijuana patients like drug addicted criminals. I have sat in a room and repeatedly overheard the staff trash talk it's patients. They have no sympathy for anybody and care only about making money off people who are suffering.
I love � Great Lakes Pain Center! They have given me back my life again! They care and are so hard working, the staff is just exceptional and Dr. Voogd is AWESOME! Bless them All!��� Debbie Kubacki
