I have never met worse people than the people I've met through my experience with Great Lakes Management. Their buildings run rampant with mold and they don't care. At all. These people don't care about their tenants, assets, or the law. If you see that Great Lakes Management is involved in a building you're considering moving into - don't walk, RUN in the opposite direction. 0/10.
Worst place to live unless you want to have your items in your garage thrown away by Alyssa and you enjoy horrible management and marijuana smelling corridors. Their own employees hate the place and jobs.
I have tried for months now to get proper billing and appropriate billing to my parents Long term care insurance which should be paying for 95% of my parents care. While in TN they were getting 95% of care covered. Since I moved them to Amira Choice Arvada to be close to me, we aren't even getting 40% of it covered and every month we get additional charges- this month was additional $660 for unscheduled visit.
