Poor service. Room didn't have any hand soap when we checked in. Ripped towels, room was not very clean.. pool was nasty with bugs floating in the water..hand rail was broke on both pools.. I won't come back..
Not the greatest place to stay, moldy beer smell in our room, took forever to get what we asked for (extra pillows and new towels because no one cleaned our room) Breakfast was a couple doughnuts. Out door pool was freezing, indoor was dirty. "Spa" was decommissioned with a puddle full of bugs. Too expensive for the service provided.
Honestly, I don't know how anyone could give this place a high rating. I paid too much for what kind of motel it is. The room is crappy and has bugs in it. They couldn't even make the bed well. I left a souvenir in the room and I called about it and nobody answered so I left a message. They blocked my number!!
Great staff, run down room, nasty colored and very cold indoor pool. Carol the manager she calls herself, is rude and uses profanity to describe an unhappy customer. DONT GO THIER!! DONT WAIST YOUR TIME NOR MONEY. GO TO ECONO LODGE DOWN THE MAIN ROAD.
Enjoyed our stay. The room was large and clean. Staff was very helpful on giving us information on events in the area. The pool was great, it entertained the kids for a while. Plan to make this our place to return to in the future.
Extremely over priced. Room size was fine but the room was not clean. When we told the staff. She apologized but the same stained sheets were still on the bed the next day. Stained/dirty towels. No plans to return.
The hotel owners are very nice and the rooms clean very inexpensive and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and I'll be back.
