We were on a spontaneous road trip for our anniversary, we didn't have reservations because we really didn't know where we were going, this was the first place that had a few rooms available. We quickly realized it was a "great price" for a reason. our room was gross, I would be embarrassed if I was an employee there. Do not stay here. Worst experience ever. Not only was the lady super rude when we checked in, but our room was terrible. For starters you try to walk in, and you have to use force to get the door open. Then as you walk in, you get smacked in the face by the smell of mildew. (Which I am allergic too as well as black mold, which there was). And I noticed all the windows were wide open (probably to try and air out the smell). Tried to take a shower, the shower head was messed up, it shooting out backwards 🙄 There was bugs ever... read more
Worst experience ever! We arrived and our room was disgusting! Black mold in several places, cobwebs everywhere, the floor wasn't vacuumed, the tub was disgusting amd not clean, and our air conditioning didnt work. The room was just plain disgusting and not clean. Not to mention the pool room was filthy and had cobwebs everywhere, broken equipment, and the floor was broken in several places. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars As far as I'm concerned! Newly renovated, nice clean rooms, awesome beds! but the staff... they are awesome, just the sweetest people. They even fixed my car. Really helped us out a lot. sometimes you need to keep trying the desk cuz they wear multiple hats there. eveyone helps out with everything. great little family run. We will be coming back!
Great rooms. Very clean! Friendly staff excellent room service. The indoor pool & hot tub were awesome! Really enjoyed our stay!
Worst hotel stay we have ever encountered. We slept in the car. Please see the condition of our room. Along with a used bottle of shampoo, broken bars of soap, mold, cobwebs with dead bugs in the corners, a tub that has never been cleaned. Stay clear hotel. Com has also been notified. See pictures in customer write ups.
This place was disgusting. So much that my family and I left even though we paid for a night. They do not clean the rooms.
