These scratches were just done to my car in their car wash. When I spoke to nick in the service cat his response : “yeah our there’s no way we did that. . You didn’t see it with dirt on it.” This place has the WORST service — at Great Lakes Honda.

My husband and I had great service without any pushy sales associates. that said, the service was so slow. we went in with exact numbers and payment details and we were still there for nearly 4 hours. it was worth it ultimately, but still a bit of a pain and something to keep in mind.
I took my newly purchased Honda Civic in for a air bag recall. The service lady was pretty curt with us when we dropped it off. When we picked up the car, we thought nothing of taking it for a drive to Medina, about a 30 minutes away. When we got to our destination, we noticed that smoke was coming out from under the hood. It turns out when Honda did our courtesy check, they left the radiator cap completely off! We had ZERO antifreeze in the reservoir. If we had driven for a little longer, it would’ve blown the engine! 10/10 recommend ELIJAH!!! He was the BEST! Seriously made my entire day smooth and nice. He was very positive and kept me positive when i thought i wasn’t going to get the car i wanted! Great Lakes Honda has excellent customer service..... Kathy was amazing .They always keep my mind at ease. And find many different ways to contact me, even when my voicemail is full. They’re kind and courteous and speedy. And did I mention very thorough.
I purchased my new CR-V on Sunday from Great Lakes Honda. Joe and Kristy were great. The dealership was very busy and Joe kept apologizing but still managed to take good care of us. We got a great deal and were very pleased with the professionalism from all the staff. No high pressure sales, more than willing to work with us on pricing and very clean facility. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle.
