RecommendedI went to Great Lakes Honda for an oil change on our CRV. My appointment was 10:30. I arrived at 10:15, and was greeted and asked to drive my vehicle in the service area. Fresh coffee and donuts were in the waiting area to which I was invited to enjoy. I brought some reading material because at other Honda dealers an oil change always seemed to take an hour or more. my experience is that they were in such a rush to get rid of the SUV that I purchase the saalesman couldn't even be bothered to go over all of the features with us they didn't even clean it up very well. I will never go back to the great lakes in Akron but I will certainly use great lakes in streetsboro for all of my warranty needs
Sullivan was my first point of contact, however Elijah Camara was my salesperson. He went above and beyond with getting me in my new vehicle. He even stayed over 3 hours after his shift. I would recommend having a scheduled appointment when coming in tho.
I had a very good salesman, his name was Ken . Never pressure me , very kind and helpful

Lost my key fob. they were able to let me come in the next day and the new one was programmed in about 25 min. very kind staff.
