Paid to have a C wire installed. The tech was only able to finish halfway and had to leave early to make another appointment. I paid $100 the same day and I was told he would come back to finish another day. My request to make another appointment was denied. I was also told I needed to buy an additional accessory (PEK) in order to finish the service, which I did. I was told when this accessory came in, He would come back to finish.
