Called 4 times to make an appointment for my disabled mother. Never answered the phone, never called back. Finally drove there to make the appointment. Mom was taken there by medical transport from her nursing home. The driver had difficulty finding the office so he called for directions and asked if it was OK if they were late. They showed up 2 minutes late and they refused to see her after telling the driver it was OK. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Very unprofessional.
