The Service department was very helpful with diagnosing an issue on an older truck. They are professional. And they are great with scheduling and expected repair time.

Great lakes ford is probably one if not the best dealers around period. They are not your typical place where your a number or commission you are family and they stand behind their products they sell. I bought a 2013 f150 almost a year ago and had exhaust issues a week ago I called my salesman Matt Kahlo and he sent me to get is fixed and took care of the bill I can't say enough about this place I am a forever customer.
