Had an issue with trailer brake battery light coming on dash didn't have an appointment pulled in kc very knowledgeable she new exactly what the problem was sold me the part came out in the parking lot installed it for me and on my way I was within 20 minutes 100% recommend always a pleasure to deal with

I changed the stars from 4 to 2. Purchased a 2016 Ford Edge about a year in a half ago. Is all I can say! I wont list all of the issues but as much as this car costs. I should not be having them. My truck is very rusty and when I hit a mud puddle I destroyed my BCM. I went to Great Lakes ford to replace it and the parts department was very knowledgeable for what my truck needed and answered every question I had. They made it super easy to purchase and it came very quickly. Once I got the BCM installed I went back to Great Lakes ford to have it programmed.
