RecommendedI have been seeing Dr. Sadler for years and him and his staff have always been wonderful. After he moved over to Great Lakes Family Dental, I have experienced the same outstanding service from everyone I have encountered. Jeanette, the office manager, is also a pleasure!
that girl that works at the desk and answer the phones has a bad attitude and no customer service skills ...she said i alredy called there before or some crap because my name came up on he caller id apparently well i just wanted to ask a question and not be persicuded..its bad enough dental is so epensive and us that dont have insurance have to check things out before hand with out having to be treated like crap :-(
I have had a bad experience with dentists in the past. I went to Great Lakes Family Dental Group because my cousin told me he was thrilled with the place.. and what do you know.. my insecurities of my teeth have vanished. I have a whole new smile and I LOVE the staff at great lakes. I am not sure who wouldn't recommend this place but I know I always will!! Thank you Dr. Hanson for everything
Bad experience. Did not explain procedure, rude, arrogant. Did not do the requested dental work. Never gave me options for my dental care. Refused to pull out a bad tooth, instead filled it. Now I've been to the office 3 times for what she calls bite adjustments. Still in the worst pain ever. NEVER had a tooth filled that hurt real bad after a filling! I wouldn't recommend her to my dog! BAD DENTIST! Does whatever SHE wants.
