This location is PERMANENTLY closed. I had an appointment and was not notified they closed. I even called ahead of time to confirm my appointment because I always get reminder text messages to confirm my appointments and I didn't receive any this time. The outgoing voice mail message stated their hours and only allowed you to leave a message, there was NO mention of the office being closed. It's been closed for 6 weeks! I'm very disappointed with how they handled this transition and I am now looking for a new dentist.
Not sure what happened. Went there for our appointments today and the office has been closed looks like permanently. No one called to notify me or anything.
Changed location, told patients with 10 days notice, did not keep appointments
Well I went to Charlotte for my appointment today and they couldn't take me because they were not aware of the transaction that took place and they were turning individuals away to come back for another time or try to find another dentist close to lansing.
Really like the dentist and hygienist I saw today. Real shame the office is closing as soon as you found good staff.
