On Aug.21st 2019 Dr. John Corey put two caps in as replacement for the two ill fitting caps he placed in November of 2018, which took 4 hours of filing down. He did not tell me one cap had a hole in it, a dental hygienist reported this to me in July 2019. He had the replacement caps made in Jan. 2019, but warned I may need a root canal with more filing, which I did not.
