Paid to have FOUR implants and *************** REFUSED to put the FOURTH implant in that I PAID for & had to have it removed because her ******************************** dropped the implant on the floor & put in. Due to that it infected my teeth, now I have bone loss & out thousands of dollars. They need to be shut down!
This place rips people off & pressures patients to get work done that you don't even need. I paid well over $20,000+ and they didn't do what I paid for and REFUSED to reimburse me! Than copped an attitude with me. I know others that are having issues with this place. They shouldn't even be able to be in business! Beware of GLDE, it's far from being excellence!
RecommendedSuch amazing service when I go there. They will even get you in same day if need be. They walk you through everything and are so helpful with setting up another appointment.
Cannot say enough good things about this place! 🙌 After a handful of HORRIBLE experiences elsewhere, I nearly have a panic attack every time I visit the dentist 🦷😬😰 I literally shiver uncontrollably and start hyperventilating... Always the absolute best in dental care. Because of my challenging teeth.. I have had the pleasure to be served by all of the dentists at Great Lakes Dental Excellence at one time or another for well over 25 years and everyone of them are AMAZING! I don't say that lightly! If you are lucky enough to have a tooth issue, run don't walk to this fantastic office..

On Aug.21st 2019 Dr. John Corey put two caps in as replacement for the two ill fitting caps he placed in November of 2018, which took 4 hours of filing down. He did not tell me one cap had a hole in it, a dental hygienist reported this to me in July 2019. He had the replacement caps made in Jan. 2019, but warned I may need a root canal with more filing, which I did not. The hygenist was careful and caring. He took his time and did a thorough job of cleaning .
They are most excellent!!!Professional staff, friendly atmosphere, modern dental practice. Been a patient for 40 years and they have done me well. I have a beautiful smile to show for it!
