Worst experience ever with Manager kat Park. First of all they don’t provide proper information about what claims they have submitted to insurance and then they send collections agency after for their own accounting mistakes . Not a professional way to deal with your clients that chose you over 100 other dental offices in the area. I will suggest all patients to check their balances as if you move away from that location then their manager start harassing you with threat of sending collection agency after you for their $120 ... read more
I’ve had a wonderful experience at Great Lakes Dental Care! The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable right away. I’ve had both a cleaning and a root canal done here, and everything was handled with great care and professionalism. They even helped me with an emergency appointment on short notice. Highly recommend this clinic!
The dentist Maryam and the dental hygienist Parvin are professional, kind, very caring and always work with you to find the best solution for your dental concerns. Front desk staff is also very professional and friendly. This dental office definitely goes the extra mile for their patients!
Our family has been going here for years and have always received excellent treatment, and customer service, at a very fair price! Recently Dr Park performed a root canal and it was about as pleasant an experience as a root canal can be! A day later and I’m free of any discomfort without the need for pain medication. Highly recommended.
