I've ordered beads from different brands from GLB many times both by phone and on-line. Everyone at GLB is friendly and courteous and will take pictures of beads for you if they aren't posted on-line yet. I've had 2 occasions where the colors of the beads weren't quite as pictured on-line and they have cheerfully exchanged the bead or have given me a refund. I have ordered online from Great Lakes twice now. Both times my order was processed very quickly and shipped promptly. I ordered Ohm Beads and my beads and promotional items (coffee mug) were very well packed. Also, the beads were shiny and new looking. Sometimes when I have ordered from other places (NOT Great Lakes!) the beads were a little tarnished. I would highly recommend ordering from Great Lakes Boutique! I know I will in the future.
