I went to the clinic because of my health concerns. Dr. Ahmed attended to me and he was very nice, polite, and professional. However, my experience with the front desk staff and the staff member who took my blood pressure was really disappointing. I asked the front desk staff about the process of getting a family doctor, but instead of explaining it properly, he answered in a sarcastic way and said he didn’t know. Unfortunately, my experience during a routine gynecological exam was very distressing. The procedure was extremely painful, my concerns were voiced but not properly addressed, and the overall handling felt rushed and unprofessional. Hygiene and professionalism were also deeply concerning. There was visible blood during the collection, contaminating the sample, and the instrument was placed on the table afterward covered in blood.
