If I could give less than a star I would. If you are considering great lakes for a loved one please look elsewhere. They have little regard for handling delicate situations and treated my grandma like a sales pitch. The head nurse does not care about her patients needs or thier families.
Aides are abusive, lack experience, & providing service is unreliable! You expect the aides to be compassionate, don't expect it. Coordinators do not communicate with each other and you wait a long time to get them on the phone. None of the aides know how to cook anything!
The worse service cant get employees to work on time terrible management dont know how nany home attendants my wife had in a year no-one knows whats going on or anything about there employees or patients
DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT WORK FOR THEM THEY ARE FULL OF STUFF THEY EXPECT YOU TO WORK YOUR BEHIND OFF AND PAY YOU BS MONEY AND THEY GIVE YOU CRAPPY HOURS I WENT FROM 35 HOURS A WEEK TO 9 HOURS A WEEK HOW CAN YOU SUPPORT YOURSELF AND 4 KIDS ON A BS INCOME LIKE THAT YA CAN'T
