Very unprofessional, hiring process. I don’t recommend at all. Becky Trinidad is rude & they don’t have things in order at all.
It was decent when they serviced my area, but all of the sudden they decided to stop.
Worst agency to work with. Unprofessional management, no communication. Terrible pay ! Example: 2 clients, husband and wife and on phone app it says total working hrs (8) but only get payed for 4 hrs to take care of 2 people. Where are the other 4 hrs going? 1 star is to much for this I give 0 stars.
It's OK at times but you have to thoroughly check your paystub for accuracy.They are so unfair. They will tell you anything but not everything just for you to take that case. Then they won't pay you .
5 stars is not enough for this organization. From the gentlemen who delivered the equipment to our house to the nurses, coordinators and cnas. Everyone was awesome, caring and compassionate. They helped my mom through a very tough time and I couldn’t have imagined a better team of people for her.
