The referral scheduler didn’t contact me in a reasonable amount of time. I had to call three separate times to get them to call me back. I left three separate messages and then she said it would be nearly three weeks to get seen. Meanwhile I am worried I have a serious problem and they don’t seem to have a sense of urgency at all. Very disappointed. I am going to a different hospital for care.
