What a great time we had. My wife's company Christmas Party. The tour was amazing. Thanks for a good time.
Loved Dortmunder Gold but kept getting musty, skunky 6 packs. After several weeks of correspondence with the staff, they wanted me to mail the bottles back... In a flimsy manila envelope (no padding). Gee, that would have worked GREAT. They never offered to reimburse me for the money lost on undrinkable beer, so I tossed it down the drain. Never again.
Usually food at breweries is mediocre. But the food was delicious! The barrel aged Christmas Ale was amazing and we wished we could have taken some home. Definitely will go back again!
Airport restaurant: rude waitress wouldn't serve me because I informed her of my food allergies and asked for scrambled eggs (which is basically the first item on the breakfast menu minus the bagel). Told me the cook wouldn't make changes to menu items. She also told me to go to a different restaurant. Who does that? Train your staff better.

Great Lakes Brewing Company has a very fun, friendly staff and they are also very accommodating in customer service. The place is clean, neat and fun to shop in. Thank you always!
A great place to stop in and have a beer. I had some of the barrel aged Christmas Ale and it was excellent.
Had a couple Christmas ales, and they were delicious! Ordered an old world burger. Was cooked perfect and was also delicious. Service was knowledgeable and great!
Great brewhouse pub. Food is outstanding and the beer is awesome
