GREAT place. GREAT food. GREAT BEER. Glad I finally got to check the place out.
Airport location service is awful. Sat down and didn't even get acknowledged for almost 10 min. Then the bartender completely messed up our order, wrong salad and no soup. This place needs alot of help. Terrible!
Very long wait and when seated we were separated. That sucked

I have been to the Great Lakes Brewing Company on several occasions. My last visit was the first time I got to experience a release party. It was wonderful!!! Blackout Stout is one of my favorite but the Barrel aged Blackout was simply amazing!!! The brew pub is like steping back in time. The building, the history is a one of a kind experience. If you get a chance to go to Cleveland, make sure the Great Lakes Brewing Company is on your list of places to see!!! Cheers!!!!
Cheddar soup , burnt, mashed potatoes,what was that ,not Good
We went there for lunch. Our waiter had horrible customer service. He never checked back to see if we wanted another beer after we finished the first one. After we waited a long time (35+) minutes for our food. It finally comes & its cold. Cold as. In the cheese on my grill cheese is hard. I flag him down & tell him. He takes the food back w no apology no nothing. Not a free beer. We did eventually get new hot food. However at 45 years of age it was the first time I sent food back.
This place is amazing! A must go for anyone visiting Cleveland! Best beer and great food!
