The best bartenders and people period. The beer is amazing and the service is impeccable. My favorite place to visit in Cleveland. Try it. You won't be disappointed if you like great beer and food and awesome service.
the food and drinks are awesome our service was below standard due to a bitchy hostess not letting the server know we had been seated the server got to us and we got everything in a flash and never ran out of ice tea everyone has a bad day so maybe yesterday was the hostess day we like the place a lot and the atmosphere is great the location is great and the area it's in is quite nice great lakes is a wonderful cleveland business even if you don't drink beer

Visiting friends in the area, we had an early dinner at Great Lakes...They started us with a beautiful platter of bread, meats, cheeses & relishes--delicious! Everyone enjoyed their selected salad/sandwich/entree. Very unique touches made it extra special.
Commodore Perry is my favorite beer! I love the taste, and that it is 7.7% :-D
Great staff...and beer if you like different types of beer
First time there.... Met up with family that was from the area..... Waiter seemed a bit put off with our group of nine.... Scorned one in our group because of some miswording on how the bill was to be split..... Once we ordered and got our food / drinks..... waiter seemed to settle down a bit. From the group, we all agreed the food and drinks were very good... Drinks were always refreshed and plates removed immediately... Sometimes staff needs reminded daily to be patient with everyone they seat in their dining room..... Ove... read more
