Service was good food was outstanding. Great atmosphere, good place for date night.
It's not the beer and it's not the food,they are both excellent. It is the employees. We took the brew tour and had lunch on Friday and came back Saturday because I accidentally left my credit card behind, honest mistake. I called that night and the manager said he would hold it for me until the next day. All things were excellent up to this point. The tour, the food and the beer. The seasonal IPA Monster was very tasty! Good people watching too!
Excellent little book in the city! Loved the chicken pesto and pierogies were a pleasant dish with a few extras on the side. Felt the food was a little bland and tables outside had no salt or pepper to season with. Overall great experience!
There is nothing wrong with the service at Great Lakes. Just like any place else that is busy you have to make yourself noticed, speak up don't be a wallflower. I personally have never had a problem getting waited on. Guess I'm just an obnoxious individual.
Food and service were excellent. Love the atmosphere of the outdoor patio. It's so quiet and enjoyable. Love the beauty of Ohio City. Many more returns in my future. Thank you Great Lakes !!!
