Our pool cover mechanism broke down due to nobody's fault but our own. The crew came out and gave us the option of performing a repair or replacing the entire mechanism. We chose to replace the entire mechanism, as it is a newer technology. Toni (who is spectacular) quickly sent us a quote and got us scheduled for the next working day. Alix M and Kyle (from Pontiac) did a fantastic job replacing the mechanism and it now works great again!
